Login Issues

Cannot Login

Symptoms: Login page rejects credentials

Solutions:

  1. Verify username/email is correct
  2. Check CAPS LOCK is off
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try password reset
  5. Contact admin if locked out

Password Reset Not Working

Symptoms: Reset email not received

Solutions:

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Verify email address is correct
  3. Wait 5 minutes and retry
  4. Contact admin for manual reset

Student Records

Student Not Found

Symptoms: Student missing from lists

Solutions:

  1. Check enrollment status is active
  2. Verify course/batch filters
  3. Search by student ID instead of name
  4. Check archived records

Enrollment Errors

Symptoms: Cannot enroll student

Solutions:

  1. Verify course has capacity
  2. Check prerequisite completion

Attendance

Attendance Not Syncing

Missing Attendance Records
