Steps

1. Create Progression Report

1. Navigate to Students → Student Progression or Reports → Student Progress Analysis
2. Click New
3. Complete the report form:

4. Click Save

2. Generate Progress Data

After creating report:

1. Open progression report

2. Click Generate Report

3. System compiles data from:

   • Attendance records
   • Assignment submissions
   • Exam results
   • Quiz scores
   • Activity participation

4. Data populated in report sections

3. Review Attendance Progress

Section shows:

• Total sessions
• Sessions attended
• Attendance percentage
• Subject-wise breakdown
• Trend over time
