Overview
The Classroom Setup allows you to:
- Define physical room locations
- Specify room capacities and features
- Categorize rooms by type (lecture hall, lab, etc.)
- Track room availability for scheduling
- Manage room assets and equipment
Creating Classrooms
Navigate to Classrooms
- Go to OpenEduCat > Facility > Classrooms
- Click Create

Save the Classroom
Click Save to create the classroom record.

Creating Custom Room Types
- Go to OpenEduCat > Configuration > Room Types
- Click Create
- Enter type name and description
- Save

Managing Facilities

Adding Facilities to Rooms
- Edit the classroom record
- In Features section, add applicable facilities
- Save changes
Bulk Facility Assignment
For multiple rooms:
- Select rooms in list view (checkboxes)
- Click Action > Add Facilities
- Choose facilities to add
- Confirm

- Select date range
- View occupancy statistics
Room Maintenance
Tracking Room Status

Setting Maintenance Periods
