Steps

1. Enable Attentiveness Tracking

As Administrator:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Live Classes
  2. Enable Attention Tracking
  3. Configure thresholds:

  1. Click Save

2. Start Live Session

As Faculty:

  1. Open scheduled live class
  2. Click Start Session
  3. Students join with video
  4. Tracking begins automatically

3. Monitor During Class

Real-time dashboard shows:

4. Respond to Alerts

When low attention detected:

  1. System notifies instructor
  2. Options:
    • Engage student directly

5. View Session Analytics

After class:

  1. Open session record
  2. Navigate to Attentiveness tab
  3. View:
    • Average attention score
    • Per-student breakdown
    • Timeline graph
    • Low-attention moments

6. Generate Reports

For administration:

  1. Navigate to Reports → Attentiveness

  2. Select parameters:

    • Date range
    • Course/Batch
    • Faculty
  3. Generate insights:

    • Best engagement times
    • Problem sessions
    • Student patterns
