Create a Classroom
Create a Classroom
Add classroom records with capacity, features, and location information for scheduling.
Time required: 3-5 minutes
Prerequisites
- Facility Manager role
- Building/location configured
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Classrooms
- Go to OpenEduCat → Facility → Classrooms
- Click Create
Step 2: Enter Classroom Details

Step 3: Add Features
Check applicable features:
- Projector
- Whiteboard
- AC/Heating
- Computer/Lab
- Audio System
- Video Conferencing
Step 4: Set Room Type

| Seminar Room | Discussion setup |

Step 5: Save Classroom
Click Save to create the record.
Room Booking (Enterprise)
For scheduling:
- Go to Timetable module
- Select room when creating sessions
- System checks availability
